We provide custom Certificate of Insurance (COI) request documentation prepared in ACORD-format language for submission to your licensed insurance carrier or broker.
This non-refundable fee covers the preparation of custom COI request verbiage only, based on the coverage limits and wording requested by the customer, for Photography Services LLC and the customer’s company name.
Photography Services LLC does not provide insurance coverage, issue Certificates of Insurance, or act as an insurance agent or broker.
All insurance coverage and official COIs must be issued directly by the customer’s licensed insurer, subject to policy terms and approval.This fee is for proof-of-insurance request documentation only and does not guarantee issuance or approval of coverage.
